Content delivery is carried out through decentralized storage networks. Viewers can receive the hash value of the content file they want to consume from the ViewChain chain by means of content discovery or friend recommendation. They then request each portion of the content file from the decentralized storage network so that they can recover the complete content file.The content file that the viewers receive often needs to be decrypted before it can be used since the creator encrypts the content file by default.

After the viewer pays through the smart contract, the content decryption key held by the author is encrypted by the viewer’s public key and then sent to the viewer’s DAPP player.The encrypted content is immediately decrypted through the content playback module of the DAPP player and then broadcast. If the transmission is interrupted, the viewer can also go back to the decentralized storage network and continue viewing from the content block where the interruption occurred.
